Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same business day.
Orders after 2pm ship the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and US holidays are not business days.

Free standard US shipping on orders over $100.
Applies to the full US — including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico — on standard ground. Expedited methods are quoted at checkout.

All orders ship from our Ft. Lauderdale HQ.

International orders are quoted at checkout.
Duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient and are not included in the shipping quote. Delivery timeframe varies by destination.

Every package ships with tracking.
A tracking link is emailed the moment the label is created. If you haven't received tracking within 1 business day of ordering, reach out — we're on it fast.
Three scenarios.
Most glove and numbing orders can't be returned once opened — but the three cases below are always handled. For anything else, reach out.
- 01 / Damaged in transit
Photograph on arrival, contact us within 48 hours.
If a product arrives damaged, keep all packaging and send photos to our team immediately. Replacements are shipped the same or next business day once confirmed.
- 02 / Wrong item shipped
We'll cover the return label and reship the correct item.
If we shipped the wrong SKU or size, reach out and we'll arrange a prepaid return label and send the correct product — no wait for the original to arrive first.
- 03 / Change of mind
Contact us — we handle returns case by case.
Unopened medical-grade product in its original packaging may be eligible for return at our discretion. Opened boxes or single-use items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
